Delivery:
Items will be sent via Parcel Force, Royal Mail or courier. We do our best to despatch your order within 1-2 working days of receipt of cleared payment, subject to stock availability, but please allow 7 days for delivery.
Standard UK delivery is £2.95 on all items, regardless of quantity. We are happy to deliver to Europe and the rest of the world, charges will depend on location and can be viewed at the checkout before purchase.
If you require delivery to a different address other than your own (e.g. for a gift) this can be entered at the checkout.
Littletreehuggers will use every reasonable effort to meet the requested dispatch date. However, Littletreehuggers shall not be liable for any loss and damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its control. Such as compliance with laws and regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the purchaser, acts of civil or military authority etc.
Payment:
Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by Paypal account. We use Paypal to securely process credit and debit card payment, ensuring your card details are SSL (secure socket layer) encrypted to the highest level available during transmission. Your full payment details are never shared with us. We only know whether or not the transaction completed successfully.
Once we recieve notification of payment your goods are then dispatched.
You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay for your order by card.
Tax and VAT
All children's clothing is zero rated in the UK. All orders include UK VAT (if applicable) at the current rate. We regret we do not have a facility for overseas customers to reclaim VAT.
Returns Policy:
If the goods are not as ordered, damaged or faulty when you open the box then please
CONTACT US in the first instance within 7 working days. Damaged or Faulty goods must be returned suitably packaged. Littletreehuggers will then replace or refund the items damaged.
When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
